Tanya will be in conversation with Lane Selman, founder of the Culinary Breeding Network and author of the forthcoming Radicchio, for an evening about all the delicious possibilities of cooking with vegetables.

Inspired by Tanya’s popular NYT Cooking newsletter The Veggie, Veg Everything brings together 100 standout recipes that put vegetables at the center of the plate. Featuring recipes and expert guidance from NYT Cooking contributors including Melissa Clark, Eric Kim, Yewande Komolafe, Andy Baraghani, and Hetty Lui McKinnon, it’s a celebration of vegetables.
