Cake Swap with The Cake Historian, Jessica Reed

Join Jessica Reed, author of The Baker's Appendix, for an evening celebrating the history of cake. Jessica will share the fascinating stories behind some of our favorite cakes, followed by an audience Q&A.

Then the celebration continues with a Community Cake Swap! Guests are invited to bring a cake to share (approximately 8–10 servings), along with a small sign identifying the cake and noting any allergens. A glass of punch is included with your ticket as we gather to sample cakes, swap stories, and celebrate the joy of baking together. Be sure to bring a container—you'll want to take home a delicious assortment of cakes from the swap!

Following the program, guests will have the opportunity to meet Jessica and have copies of The Baker's Appendix personally signed.
