In this class you'll learn the fundamentals of making chili crisp. We'll make four different chili crisp flavor profiles (Asian, Mexican, Native American, Spanish) . We'll demo the four condiments in class, and taste them on accompanying snacking foods. You'll go home ready to make your own.
